Where Do You Fit In
We are currently seeking a motivated and passionate individual to join our team in the role of Strategic Account Manager \u2013 Security and BMS Systems to be based in Kuwait. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing a strategic sales plan that expands the company\u2019s customer base, create market demand, drive enterprise accounts and ensure a strong presence in the Kuwait market. You will represent the entire range of Enterprise Security Products and services to assigned partners although this may focus on a specific solution or product set if focused in a specific vertical market.
What Will You Be Doing Every Single Day
.Primary customer interface responsible for the development of business, and management of relationships, with a specific customer or customers.
.Understanding of the customer\u2019s business, drivers, and organization, and an understanding of the value that HBS brings to the customer to drive to real business outcomes.
.Dissemination of key messages, initiatives, and of information pertaining to the value HBS brings to that specific customer at all levels of the customer\u2019s organization.
.Business partner to the customer, establishes a defensible barrier to competitors, maximizes the business potential of their customers, and acts as the primary supplier interface for all products, solutions and services with this customer.
.Champions the customers\u2019 needs and requirements within the Honeywell organization
.Works closely with the Management Team, to ensure 100% customer satisfaction
.Responsible for achievement of revenue, margin plans and economic value-added goals
.SVC AM will report directly to the Regional Service Sales Manager.
.Delver the monthly sales numbers based on accurate forecast with target 85% accuracy.
What Skills and Experience Will You Have
.Bachelor in Electronics/ Communication Engineerwith experience in Security, BMS and Fire Industry in the Kuwaiti market
.Extensive proven previous sales experience.
.Customer engagement at C- levels; building long-term strategic and executive relationships
.Cross selling and consultative selling - experience with collaborating across both client and own organization to drive a One-Honeywell approach
.Proven experience prospecting for opportunities
.Demonstrated previous customer acquisition experience
.Excellent communication skills
.Ability to handle multiple priorities and navigate in a highly matrixed environment
.Good team and communication skills
.An ability to take initiative and work with limited direction
.A confident, resilient personality
.Confirmed ability to communicate at all levels across all internal and external partners involving strong relationship building skills
.Excellent organization and planning skills
.A well-presented, articulate and professional in your approach
