Role Summary
Managing the operation of on-demand delivery and maintaining excellent customer experience 24/7. Taking ownership of service levels and communication with stakeholders. Monitoring, measuring, and improving compliance and performance of drivers. Leads a strong team to achieve targets and goals. Planning and supervising daily warehouse operations.
What's On Your Plate
  • Track, audit, and ensure adequate supply of inventory throughout the talabat warehouse.
  • Monitor completeness, accuracy, and compliance during inventory transactions.
  • Establishing inventory management best practices
  • Ensure and improve rider compliance (coordinators)
  • Monitors performance progress of riders
  • Monitor Coordinators performance
  • Supervise, support and mentor/train rider captains
  • Assign captain duties and organize duty schedules
  • Monitor Rider Captains reports and carry on corrective actions once required
  • Improve and enhance the utilization of Rider Captains
  • Maintain/track the Rider Captains vehicles maintenance process
  • Provide reports on regular basis (weekly/monthly)

What Did We Order
  • 3+ years related experience
  • Good communication skills, has good command of English and Arabic language. Urdu and Hindi are a plus
  • Analytical thinker, who is able to find solutions that are practical and effective.
  • Excellent leadership skills: Experience with managing a bigger group of people.
  • Ability to work under pressure, handle stress, and handle many people with different personality types, diverse levels of education and abilities is very important.
  • Confident user of Excel, Google documents, spreadsheets, and smartphone apps.
  • Good understanding of local areas and the street system.
  • Experience in operations and logistics fields is preferable.
  • Can-do attitude, problem solving skills and passion for the food industry.
