Reports to: Supply Chain Manager

In this role, you are responsible for conducting regular data analysis to improve Nagwa's supply chain operations. Your role is critical in making sure we increase efficiency in our performance and reduce cost without impacting quality. Our goal is to run as smoothly and effectively as we grow in the market.


1. Creating Purchase Order, follow up on receiving from locations and invoice submission to finance.
2. Maintain Supply Chain Data for Nagwa, and recommend solutions to reduce cost
3. Supplier relationship management, including evaluating vendor operations according to quality standards
4. Oversee inventory procedures and ensure compliance with Nagwa's policies
5. Coordinate with Nagwa Kuwait and Group Demand Planner to forecast inventory and process orders in a timely manner
6. Sourcing in coordination with Group Supply Chain Team to maintain consistent supply and quality in line with budget.
7. Oversee purchasing activities (Food & Packaging, Services, Cleaning, Stationary, and all company purchases)
8. Manage local purchases by visiting market when needed
9. Coordinate with Group Logistics Team and follow up on shipments for timely delivery

  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain or related field
  • 4+ years in Supply Chain, or Logistics Coordinator experience
  • Experience in F&B industry, preferred in Sweets or Chocolate Factory
  • Strong business acumen and sound knowledge of supply chain processes (inventory planning, warehouse management)
  • Excellent communication skills with proficiency in both Arabic and English (oral and written)
  • Proficient in Office Applications (Excel, Powerpoint, Microsoft Teams..)

  • Ability to work under pressure
