Ensure that accurate supplier records are accurately filed and maintained
. Maintaining an electronic supplier data base.
. Provide administrative support.
. Lead & support special projects as assigned.
. Responsible for the coordination supplier on-boarding.
. Provide support to the business through providing guidance to internal and external stakeholders.
. Liaise with end-user and HSEQ department during on-boarding process
. Conduct analysis and create reports as and when needed.
. Assist in the creation of tools to train suppliers as well as internal business users.
. Educate suppliers who are going through on-boarding process and address any concerns that they have.
. Present information with clarity and appropriate style and adapt language and style to suit the requirements of a particular audience.
. Work closely with other departments to make sure supplier-onboarding proceeds smoothly.
. Facilitation of knowledge building and knowledge sharing.
The job specifications are as below:
. Minimum qualification : Diploma
. Minimum Experience: 2 years in progressively challenging roles with strong knowledge of Procurement in areas such as sourcing and vendor management.
. Proficient in Microsoft Office programs, such as Excel.
. Experience with ERP System (SAP preferred).
. Knowledge of vendor management processes
