Job Description :
We are currently seeking a Talent Management Manager to join a great investment organisation in Bahrain. You will be based in the Bahrain office, reporting to the Head of HR, and be responsible for building talent strategies to attract and retain top talent as well as developing training programs.
Responsibilities
  • Manage and coach team members to help with talent development and acquisition
  • Plan and manage employee performance reviews
  • Develop and drive employee retention programs
  • Responsibility for succession planning
  • Develop and deliver L&D plans & training programs
  • Identify skill gaps and staffing needs

Requirements
  • MSc in Human Resources, L&D, Talent or equivalent
  • Minimum of 5 years experience as an individual contributor
  • Experience as a senior leader and Manager
  • Proven experience developing and implementing a talent management strategy in a medium/large-d organisation
  • Experience leading continuous change and development, and cultural change
  • Thought leader with the latest trends and best practices in Talent Management, L&D & Human Resources
