Amazon is looking for a leader to manage the FBA Operations team in Saudi Arabia to push the envelope on operational excellence and gather insights that help drive process and program improvements for FBA in the region. The ideal candidate should be strategic, highly analytical, customer-focused, team oriented, with outstanding communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage a team of 4-6 Investigation Specialists team to ensure quality and SLA are met
- Establish and maintain effective performance measurement and monitoring processes. Perform quality audits of the decisions made by the team
- Perform data analysis and translate insights into concrete, actionable recommendations for operational, program, or process improvements
- Own reporting of metrics and root cause analysis to identify opportunities for improvement
- Develop and improve processes, policies and strategies to support the program's vision
- Support for ongoing initiatives within the FBA Team
- Ability to communicate across different functions and teams in order to build strong relationships with key stakeholders.
Basic Qualifications :
- 5+ years of experience in Ops, product or program management
- Experience overseeing roadmap strategy and definition
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create compelling positioning strategy and present complex information clearly and concisely
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to use data and metrics to justify requirements, improvements and initiatives
- High attention to detail and proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously
- Proven ability to successfully thrive in an ambiguous environment and changing market conditions
- Strong Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and SQL skills
Preferred Qualifications :
- Degree in Engineering, Operations or related logistics field would be desired
- Prior experience in leading a team
- Program Management experience
