Oversee the operations of our Key Accounts in the EG market to deliver an outstanding restaurant experience by developing effective procedures and ensuring the teams run in an efficient and profitable manner while increasing our restaurant satisfaction and operations.
The fundamental goal of Logistics vendor operations is to ensure we create the right restaurant experience to move our business forward. Logistics Operations works closely with cross-functional partners to surface needs, prioritize, test, rollout, and iterate on the restaurant operation side.
Lead the operation team to ensure timely restaurant operation, accurate inventory management, and efficient operations
Lead the team to onboard new vendors and conduct refreshment sessions to top offending chains.
Ensures & improves the quality of the restaurant's operation and sets an action plan to reduce vendor delay, fail rate, and busy hours.
Inventory management (Tablets & Call centre) by managing the inventory separately based on the transmission method.
Work closely with all the verticals from the Operations team to plan, execute, and monitor projects related to restaurant operations and logistics.
Initiate and manage special projects
Conduct field visits to top offending branches to understand on ground obstacles.
Crunch numbers and derive insights and recommendations to improve operations.
Qualifications & Skills Required:
Degree/Diploma in Logistic/Supply Chain or any other relevant field of studies
At least 4 years of operations experience
At least 2 years of experience in logistics operations and leading operations teams
A highly organized and detail-oriented with an analytical mindset
Advanced Excel and Data Interpretation Skills
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Strong interpersonal skills to educate vendors
