Qualifications

The Role
Grand Hyatt Doha Hotel & Villas is looking for an experienced Team Leader - Housekeeping who enjoys taking extra miles to ensure the success of the Rooms Division. He / She enjoys standing out in the crowd and maintaining excellent relationship with all internal and external guests. Someone who is a natural leader and enjoys the challenge in exceeding the highest standards of the various departments, ensuring maximum occupancy, guest satisfaction, and consistency of the services.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 2 years work experience on similar role in hotel operation
  • Hospitality degree and/or other relevant certificate or degree will be an advantage
  • Knowledge of room and public area cleaning, laundry services and inventory control
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Must possess the following strengths: high energy, motivational leadership skills, effective communication, and effectiveness in providing exceptional customer service
  • Ability to operate computer equipment and other hotel computer systems
  • Minimum high intermediate level spoken and written English is essential for this role
  • Preferably residing in Qatar, with support of transfer
