Job Description

• To Follow-up on the CRs from IT perspective
• To conduct a kick-off meeting and engage all IT stakeholders for CRs assigned to him.
• To establish a plan for effort/time/communication/quality/risk in accordance with engaged IT stakeholders.
• To establish baseline for scope/date/cost that should be undertaken by each IT stakeholder
• To have a good vendor management practices.
• To have a good background about IT processes/technologies in general and for banking industry is plus
• To align with change management team on different CR stages: 

  •  Feasibility
  •  Development
  •  Testing
  •  Deployment
  •  Go live
• To ensure that a CR meets deadline for all stages.
• To ensure the quality of the CR
• To align with Enterprise Architecture team in order to check the IT compliancy of the CR and whether it requires load or stress test. 

· Project Management skills
· Excellent communication skills
· Working on multiple CRs in the same time
· Technical Skills .
· Familiar with SDLC process and processes related to integrated environments
· Experience in Agile, SAFe, Scrum 
· Banking Experience
