Maintains quality service by following organization standards. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
1.Excellent communication skills, including a clear, confident speaking voice and a friendly rapport with customers.
2.Flexibility & Creativity in dealing with Customers.
3.Good Analytical and problem solving skills.
4.Knowledge in Microsoft Office.
5.Excellent Writing Skills
6.Excellent Knowledge and experience in Customer care Systems
7.Knowledge of Etisalat business product and services.
8.Knowledge in handling Technical Complaints.
