Job Description

Our client is urgently looking for an highly experienced Finance/Banking centric TPO Programme Manager to join their team based in Kuwait. on a 12 Month Renewable Contract.
The TPO will lead project managers to help monitor and support projects to be delivered on time and within budget. The right candidate will be required to proactively manage, oversee escalation and change control process while providing regular updates of progress on both.
  • Minimum 4-6 Finance/Banking Programme Management experience
  • Extensive experience in running TPO engagements.
  • Develop a vision and a set of baseline program goals and benefits.
  • Provide end-to-end service delivery: define, establish, and implement program governance.
  • Be responsible for the delivery and daily management of activities in coordination with cross-functional Dell EMC, , and/or third party resources.
  • Be accountable for driving the delivery of programs on time, within budget .
  • Control financial forecasts and support budgeting of offered services to lines of business, ensuring efficient allocation of costs and resources.
  • Be responsible for quality assurance, enabling the program to be delivered to the scope defined within the Statement of Work, and ensuring that any deviations are processed via the defined Change Control processes.
  • Proactively manage issue escalations and drive the change control process.
  • Prepare detailed program plans within the standards of program management methodologies.
  • Lead program Governance and Steering Committee meetings.
  • Be responsible that lessons learned are documented, communicated, and shared across Dell Technologies, and/or third party stakeholders.
  • Provide input and guidance in the definition of the future vision IT operating model.
  • Provide Knowledge and Skills Analysis and deliver training certification plan to ensure operational readiness.
  • Be responsible for coordinating the technical delivery of activities across Dell Technologies and/or participating third party resources.
  • Provide solution alignment to business and IT goals.
  • Provide engagement oversight.
  • Lead the overall transformation architecture development.
