Job Description

Responsibilities
1. Review the training schedule and confirm appointments to deliver training.
2. Assist the academy manager in develop training materials to make sure all material delivered is consistent across the market.
3. Arrange for the appointments.
4. Ensure preparations are set at the required time.
5. Develop reports and evaluations on the training sessions given.
6. Monitor the feedback from customers to measure their satisfaction with the company’s products.
7. Conduct Inventory for the Technical Center
8. Focuses on customer service, inventory, technical center cleanliness, technical center displays, product stocking, customer complaints and return
9. Always Maintain all assigned training assets in effective shape.
10. Monitor the shelf life of products while in Technical center.
11. Reports and follows instructions of Showroom Manager.
12. Reports to Academy Manager via daily communication. Submit reports on training and activities result on a daily, weekly and monthly basis
13. Keeps the reception area tidy and appealing
14. Supervises and ensures a hygienic and standardized professional work environment
15. Takes and carry out phone calls, answers enquiries clearly and book appointments.
16. Handles, transmits and make record of client complaints.
17. Has knowledge on courses and services
18. Keeps stock and Maintains supplies by checking stock to determine orders and inventory levels
19. Maintains and follows up on stock withdrawals.
20. Follows up on orders and deliveries for the technical center.
21. Monitors shelf life, buffer stocks and product displays.
22. Supports other teams with various administrative tasks.
23. Follows and keeps track of staff absence and presence.
24. Organizes and maintains class calendars
25. Help in preparing and setting up treatment rooms
26. Organizes catering
27. Keeps records, documentation, bookkeeping and a consistent filing system
28. Deals with written communication effectively
29. Maintains minutes meeting
30. Follows up on direct manager’s SOP checklist and agenda
31. Schedules appointments and manages room booking and time
32. Assists in typing manuals, syllabi and prospectus
33. Demonstrates written and verbal skills
34. Collects and follows up on trainers and client/trainee evaluation reports
35. Helps with organizing and planning events (such as special launches and workshops)
36. Helps in organizing and developing workshops and seminar contents
37. Has the ability to multi task and work under pressure
38. Follows procedures and meet deadlines
39. Proves ready to learn and take instructions
40. Maintains discipline and order
41. Follows up on potential students or contacts when needed
42. Is discrete, loyal, punctual, meticulous, diligent, proactive and ethical
43. Has a pleasant and positive attitude
44. Ensure that training programs are engaging and run smoothly
45. Confirm appointments and trainings
46. Resolve issues and conflicts as they arise
47. Sets a good example regarding punctuality, hygiene, attendance and attitude;
48. Performs other duties in line with scope of work and as assigned by the direct manager.
