Job Description

Responsibilities:
• Develop new business leads and opportunities.
• Maintains and expands prospects database through extensive market research and identifies potential clients and service existing accounts.
• Manage and enhance relationships with clients, with the objective of identifying and pursuing more business opportunities in the future and responsible for revenue generation especially with existing clients.
• Oversee proposal preparation and lead or participate in the presentation of proposals to clients.
• Maintain email communication with potential and existing clients
Pursues strategic growth opportunities.
• Manage the delivery of the assigned courses, in cooperation with line manager and support units regarding the: course location, date, expert trainer’s travel arrangements, logistics, and delivery of materials.
• Manage client expectations, resolve issues, and effectively manage scope changes.
Requirements:
• Should be a Graduate/BBA
• Experience working in a similar Business Development/Sales role (B2C or B2B)
• Excellent presentation, verbal, and writing skills are required. Arabic speaking is an advantage.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple simultaneous projects and resources
