Job Purpose
To work closely with all Government Departments throughout the UAE to capture any new development in all related potential areas in order to recommend our facilities and products effectively and efficiently.
Job Description
  • Acquire information from all Government Agency in UAE that may entail automotive requirements which will result to Governments to prefer Al Futtaim product and services
  • Present to Head of Government Relations any potential improvement on the existing products and services as per the information acquired thru the specific/exclusive requirement of a certain Agency
  • Prepare a review on how to promote an advancement on our products and services through the Government Agencies feedback
  • Support all Government Network requirements and request in an efficient manner

Job context
  • Acquire and analyse information as well as to propose solution in order to meet all the requirements of Government Bureau in United Arab Emirates by reporting to related Line Managers who will help in accomplishing this role. Preparing a Status Report to present to Line Manager for further discussion and planning purpose. Having initiative to maintain good rapport with all Government Agency to sustain the relationship and trust with Al-Futtaim.

Minimum Experience: 1 year
Job-Specific Requirements:
Must be able to travel to all emirates in order to visit the various Government offices in Dubai and other Northern Emirates. The nature of the role requires the individual to always be reachable by phone at any time and day of the week (including weekends).

Ability to speak, read and write both in English and Arabic perform assigned duties in an efficient and
accurate manner Analyse complex problems, evaluate alternatives and make creative and sound decisions
and/or recommendations develop effective and collaborative working relationships with colleagues,
superiors and those contacted in the course of work. Must be open-minded and self-motivated in order to
proactively resolve existing and undiscovered issues/gaps within the businesses and find effective solutions
must be self-driven and use all possible information/knowledge bases in order to be fully updated on the local
(mandatory) requirements/regulations.
