About the Role
  • Develop and propose Monthly price list align and reconcile to achieve agreed volumes and profit plans by Model / Channel / Grade.
  • Prepare and propose price New Model, MY change and Special action model. Providing recommendation and rational to obtain sign offs in line with the Annual sales plan and budget.
  • Develop, prepare and present financial Budgets (Annual, Quarter) for senior management Align with Heads of Channels, Product managers and Demand and supply team.
  • Negotiate with TMC to optimizing the amount of Financial support (Introductory, Product and Fleet support) per model. Reconciling the support received.
  • Build an Elasticity plan for each model incorporating seasonality, market share, discount level, Net selling Prices (NSP) tactical offers and product life cycle. To optimize revenue. by management of Discounts levels and tactical offers.
  • Prepare, submit reconcile Fleet claim requests to TMC.
  • Propose, prepare and analyze GMFV product (Staff, Retail and Commercial Leasing). Prepare and submit pricing data for the quarterly RV committee meeting

  • Monthly Sales plan achievement.
  • Annual Budget achievement.
  • Sales plan by Channel.
  • Budgeted margin 100%.
  • Budget submission to Finance as per set timeline.
  • Increase Annual budget support + 5%.
  • Increase GM% + 1%. Fleet support AED 20 Mn +
  • Increase GMVF Sales Penetration by +2%.

About You
The role acts to ensure optimum new vehicle profitability for each model by evaluating multiple business factors
The job holder needs to balance data, analyze information and make effective decisions, implementing changes to discount levels. To ensure the company achieves volume budget and market share objectives
This requires high level of analysis, negotiations, alignment and presentations at multiple levels within the organization.
The job holder is in direct liaison with:
  • Senior Management
  • TMC pricing team,
  • Sales Channels and Programs
  • Brand and Marketing Team
  • Finance Teams

Minimum Qualifications and Knowledge:
  • Degree with demonstrated experience in Pricing / Projects / Supply Chain
  • Minimum Experience:
  • Minimum 5-year work experience in Automotive brands
  • Toyota Brand experience is highly desired
