Our client is a Pharmaceutical company. They are now looking for an User Support Analyst to join them.
Roles & Responsibilities:
  • line help desk support and experience on windows-based servers, PCs and basic MS office application in a multicultural environment, ideally using an IT Service Management (ITSM) tool.
  • Helpdesk Tool - Service Now / IT Asset management
  • SharePoint proficiency . Data Analytics Tools - PowerBI

Preference:
  • Arabic Speakers
  • Immediate Joiners

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Overall experience: Minimum 3+ years
  • Excellent communication skills in English.
