Ensure that the entire brand building strategies is laid out across all the verticals and is standardized as per region. . Liaison with Media Agencies/Vendors to develop appropriate theme board or communication methodology in line with the objectives of the organization . Maintain the website in line with the brand image. Revisit the brand guidelines with respect to the group and advise wherever necessary. . Accountable for the achievement of marketing/communications/public relations mission, goals and financial objectives.

A key branding expert who can drive footfall both B2B and B2C and from a consumer perspective. . Oversee market research, competitive analysis and industry benchmarking for strategy on how to be the employer of choice, focus on demographics and data . Support ambitious growth agenda across e-commerce, including working closely with customers and building expertise in this area to internally champion our digital marketing strategy. . Monitor channel performance, derive actionable insights and readjust plans to hit overall scale and efficiency targets.
Act as both architect and steward of the brand by creating and telling brand stories and inviting consumers to participate in the narrative . Drive the future vision to the Board, working with senior executive leadership to set strategic framework and driving growth initiatives. . Steers brand strategy, using data-driven insights and creative thinking to develop actionable creative campaigns and marketing programs. . Lead periodic market research to study the customer profile / preferences and buying patterns, in coordination with Corporate Marketing. Lead market research to study the effectiveness of the media campaign and with respect to the money spent, in coordination with Corporate Marketing . Monitor competition (acquisitions, pricing changes and new products and features) . Ensure best practice sharing within the business of Marketing initiatives from across channels/countries/business
Play a leading role in creating and managing a plan to achieve sustainable and profitable growth . Prepare the annual marketing budget for the Concept in consultation with the management team and allocate resources to territories/brands with the break up in terms of season, campaign, media etc . Review the budgets and make recommendations to the management as deemed necessary . Report on the utilization of the Budgets periodically (as agreed)
