Job Description

  • Ensure prompt and professional resolution of all customer and warranty complaints as per the company procedure and policies in order to increase overall satisfaction.
  • Continually build on existing processes, SLA(s) and systems, addressing any change in customer, factories, product or regulatory requirements.
  • Control the warranty cost v/s target by proper administration, systematic trouble shooting and effective utilization of resources, and report it to the concerned Business Unit Manager.
  • Ensure and maintain high customer satisfaction ratings with respect to Responsiveness and Delivery of services.
  • Maintain close communication with Carrier factories and keep an accurate and updated tracking system in order to report all product related problems and handle warranty issues on time with them.
  • Implement Customer Delight Process in collaboration with the technical and application teams, and communicate them in the Quality Council as well as Quality Bulletins.
  • Ensure/pursue reimbursement of all epidemic claims/abnormal failures.
