Where Do You Fit In
We are currently seeking a motivated and passionate individual to join our team in the capacity of Workforce Excellence & Academy Leader ME - PMT / HPS to be based in Abu Dhabi, UAE.This role will oversee the Middle East, Sub Saharan Africa & Eastern European region.In this role, you will drive the continuous evolution of the competency offerings and promote Workforce Excellence sales growth within the assigned region. You will contribute to training development & prioritization foreseeing regional customer needs and help in improving the teams productivity and efficiency. You will ensure there is capacity to deliver the in country & across region workforce excellence portfolio. Hire, promote and develop talents in the target region whilst constantly liaising with LSS management to align offering and develop opportunities to grow the business within region.
What Will You Be Doing Every Single Day
Business Management & Customer Management:
.Responsible for the P&L management of the Honeywell Academy Business for the ME region.
.Develop strategy and offerings to grow the complete Workforce Excellence portfolio in the ME region
.Work with internal business to make a charter for Honeywell engineers Competency development plan and drive the regional competency & certification program.
.Bring in new ideas on table for content development, training delivery, skills assessments to deliver a world-class experience to the customers.
.Influence internal and external customers on the benefits of workforce Excellence.
.Work alongside the HA (Honeywell Academy) Pole Leader to devise the annual Workforce Excellence and budget plan (AOP & CAPEX)
.Monthly reporting of costs, revenue, growth initiatives status, NPS Score & billability.
.Work closely with Marketing & Development to provide regional requirement & participate in developing new solutions.
People Management:
.Daily management of the local team (ensuring 2 ways communication is present) and continuously drive the local team towards HA vision and value proposition
.Provide necessary coaching, support and leadership to the regional HA team to develop innovative, engaging training content in line with the HA global strategy
.Ensure that the HA organization attracts, retains and develops a high level of talent with the right skills, experience, knowledge and performance levels in order that the organization is capable of achieving its growth, profit and customer satisfaction objectives
.Hire, promote, develop talents in the organization
.Promote the value of the skills and advice of the team/individual
.Manage HA team's competency needs to use new tools and growth culture
.Set the ground for a powerful performance management culture (reward, recognition and redirect marginal performance)
.Maintain billability and utilization of the team as per the set target
Business Development:
.Promote and grow the Workforce Excellence business
.Collaborate with Sales and HPS Business Leadership in the ME region and conduct workshops for customer to promote workforce Excellence offerings.
.Think out of the box solutions for business growth. Work on formulating and driving large multiyear organization/plant wide sales opportunities.
.Maintain the difference sales & business tools to track the workforce excellence performance within region.
.Work with other businesses on board and bring in more personas for training
.Work closely with Sales, Projects & LSS to identify and grow the sales pipeline
What Skills and Experience Will You Have
.Educated to a minimum of University Degree level or equivalent
.MBA will be advantage
.Minimum 10-15 years experience in a corporate setting with internal consulting, sales & business development skills essential.
.At least 4 years of sales/business leadership experience required
.Honeywell System knowledge is must.
.Experience in communication and dealing at executive level at both customer and internally
.Technically sound, with ability to easily understand our industry, product offerings, customers and competitive landscape
.Knowledge and considerable experience as managers in operations
.Combination of technical and commercial acumen
.Excellent communication skills
.Able to multitask and manage priorities
.Strong customer service focus
.Constant commitment to do things better
.Highly motivated, ethical and passionate to help others learn
