In addition, responsible for supporting with project demand prioritization and supply augmentation in identifying and providing insight with regards to workforce planning and skills, capability and trends.
The opportunity
This role is for a resource management leader and workforce-planning specialist who activates the day-to-day operations of the Experience Management function. Your role is to ensure we maximize business performance and deliver on our talent promise through proactive management of our talent pool. You will obtain these by ensuring the team allocates the right people, to the right role, at the right time and support project demand prioritization. You will be using your specialist knowledge and relationships to ensure we maximize productivity and develop our talent through their on the job experiences.
Your key responsibilities
. Work with the SLs on the overall structure of the EM team and bring consistency to processes and procedures (where appropriate)
. Work on building out a more cost effective model and the use of GDS
. Support the skills development and training of the function
. Drive improved technology and reporting
. Build out the service offerings of the team across the SL for greater consistency and value
. Oversee all Workforce Planning activities though the EM teams for each SL
. Lead on change management and the implementation of new technology and processes across the SL
. Lead the integration of the D&I agenda into EM and Resourcing
. Support Falcon's, Accelerator Programs and IAP Leadership Pipeline candidates on aligning portfolios and accounts that contribute to development
. Review opportunities for cross SL support
. Work with recruitment on more holistic growth plans for near shore hubs
. Provide consistency across SLs of policy and process changes e.g. management of secondees
. Define XM function and lead through change to support NextWave
. Scale and standardize approaches, seek opportunities for enhancement. Elevate all SLs irrespective of SL maturity

. Share function efficiencies and best practices from within the firm and externally to accelerate change
. Empower business to understand and navigate supply challenges

Skills and attributes for success
. Strong communication (both written and oral) and interpersonal skills
. Demonstrates a positive and enthusiastic attitude
. Strong personal integrity and adherence to strict confidentiality
. Able to build relationships at all levels
To qualify you must have
. Minimum of 10+ years of experience with workforce planning and/or business operations within professional services environments
. Refined relationship and stakeholder management skills
. Strong knowledge of business systems and refined data analysis skills
. Experience working closely with colleagues in a high-performing team
Ideally, you will also have
. A degree or postgraduate in a related discipline
. People management and development experience
