40 years old and below Bachelor’s degree in business administration or business management would be preferred Minimum 5 years of similar work experience; 2 years in supervisory level in retail, consumer goods or FMCG industry
Supervise and oversee the development and implementation of best practices within the company Business Centres Management Section. Ensure proper planning, organizing and supervision of all activities pertaining to the Business Centres Management
Minimum 5 years of experience in the same role, preferably from a Retail company Excellent in defining goals and key performance indicators for each member of the team and ensures effective implementation of the company’s performance management
Responsible for all on site by conducting viewings of vacant space, selling the space, explaining the letting terms and Shows around Business Center offices to prospective clients Updates all online marketing campaigns and updates
