In Saudi Arabia, a work visa requires an organization as a sponsor. And the validity of your passport must be at least 6 months when you apply for the visa. It’s the same for Kuwait, where you would need your employer as a sponsor. In Bahrain, Oman, and Qatar, the rules are again similar — you get a work visa only after you have been sponsored for a job.

The average monthly salary of a customer service professional in Bahrain is around 1,010 Bahraini Dinar (BHD). The starting salaries are about 400 BHD. The upper limit can be about 2,200 BHD. 

The average monthly salary for a customer service representative is around 4,500 United Arab Emirates Dirham.
